• I have been informed that EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a peer to peer modality and Michal Goldenberg is a certified EFT practitioner and not a licensed health care provider, therapist, or psychologist. Therefore the services provided in these sessions are educational in nature. This work is not psychotherapy and I, the Client, am responsible for my own well being, during and after our work together.

• I understand that Michal may not give medical advice or diagnose medical conditions. I am advised to consult with my current health care providers before changing any medications or other treatments.

• I understand that Clients having a history of epilepsy or psychotic episodes should only do EFT while under direct supervision of a doctor or therapist.

• Each session will be held in the strictest confidentiality and with the utmost respect.

Michal may disclose private information without consent as required by law in order to protect Clients or the public from serious harm — if, for example, a Client was to discuss plans to attempt suicide or harm another person. Michal is required to report ongoing domestic violence, abuse or neglect of children, the elderly or people with disabilities. However, if a client discloses he or she was abused as a child, Michal typically isn't bound to report that abuse, unless there are other children continuing to be abused. Michal may release information if she receives a court order. That might happen if a Client's mental health were to come into question during legal proceedings.

I understand that I may contact Michal for a follow up via email or mobile if needed.

A full payment is required at the time of scheduling a session or a package of multiple sessions.

• No-shows, later cancellations or late attendance to a 1:1 session won't be refunded.

• Cancellation of a whole Plan (1:1 sessions) done within 30 days from the date of purchase, will entitle the client for a refund of any unused sessions in the plan. The client would need to send an email to: contact@tap2moveon.com

• Cancellation of a Course done within 14 days from the start day of the course, will entitle the client with a full refund. The client would need to send an email to: contact@tap2moveon.com

• Following a cancellation on the website, the Client still needs to follow up with an email to: contact@tap2moveon.com, in order to organise a refund, if relevant.

• In the case that Michal cannot attend a session you will be able to choose to receive a full refund or to reschedule the session.

• If Michal is late to a session, you will be offered to add the time at the end of that session, or add it to the following session, or to receive a refund proportional to the time lost.

The Client is responsible to have a stable internet connection for the duration of the session and a computer/ smart phone to conduct the session via the Zoom app. If we experience internet issues the session can be conducted over the phone at the practitioner cost.

• The Client that registered a minor (under 18) to EFT sessions must be the legal guardian of that minor.

• All the terms and conditions in this document apply to the minor as well as to the Client.

• All the personal information/ experiences shared during the EFT group session(s) are confidential. 

• The Client will treat this information with an utmost respect and confidentiality; i.e. other people's experience(s) would not be shared outside the group session.

This agreement shall be governed and constructed in accordance with Australia law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia with respect to any dispute hereunder.  

Recording (audio/ video) of a private session/ group session is forbidden, unless permission is given by all the participants upfront.​
