Life can feel especially overwhelming at the end of the day, when everything gets quiet and the mind begins to fill with thoughts.
This monthly tapping circle offers a gentle space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Many of us notice that worries, “what if” thoughts, and overthinking tend to show up more strongly at night. Without the distractions of the day, the mind can feel louder, making it harder to relax and fall asleep.
Through EFT Tapping, a simple yet powerful mind-body technique, we’ll work together to calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind, and create the conditions for rest.
By the end of the session, many participants find themselves feeling more at ease, mentally quieter, and better able to transition into sleep, with a simple tool they can use at bedtime or during the night.
You don’t need any prior tapping experience — just come as you are and allow yourself to be guided.
There’s no pressure to share; you’re welcome to simply tap along and have your own personal experience.
If you’re new to tapping, you’ll also find a short introduction below to help you feel comfortable before the session.
The circle is gently guided by Michal Goldenberg, a certified EFT practitioner and life coach, creating a safe and supportive space for you to unwind and reconnect.
