I’m a certified EFT Practitioner with a background in science and psychology, and I support people navigating emotional challenges connected to health, food, and stress.
 

My own journey into EFT began during a particularly demanding period in my life, when I experienced firsthand how powerful this gentle method can be for calming the nervous system, shifting emotional patterns, and building resilience.
 

Today, I combine evidence-based EFT techniques with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, creating a safe space where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface - without pressure or judgement.
