About the event
Life can feel especially challenging when your mind doesn't seem as clear as it used to be.
Brain fog can affect anyone and may be linked to stress, menopause, poor sleep, hormonal changes, illness, or simply the demands of a busy life.
Whether you're forgetting why you walked into a room, losing your train of thought, or struggling to concentrate, these experiences can leave you feeling frustrated, worried, and hard on yourself.
This month's Women's Tapping Circle offers a gentle space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and explore the emotional impact of brain fog using EFT Tapping, with curiosity and self-compassion.
This Circle Topic is: Finding Calm Around Brain Fog
Many women experience periods of mental fogginess, forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating, or feeling mentally slower than usual.
It's not uncommon to become frustrated, lose confidence, or worry about what these changes might mean.
Through EFT Tapping, a simple yet powerful mind-body technique, we'll gently explore the emotions, thoughts, and reactions while helping to calm the nervous system and reduce emotional stress.
During the session, we'll work with several common aspects of brain fog, including:
• Frustration when our mind doesn't seem to cooperate
• The effort of trying to think clearly through the mental fog
• Worry and uncertainty about what these changes might mean
• Being hard on yourself and ot feeling quite like yourself
We'll also create space for greater self-compassion, patience, and acceptance as we learn practical EFT techniques that can be used anytime.
You don't need any prior tapping experience — just come as you are and allow yourself to be gently guided. There is no pressure to share unless you'd like to.
If you're new to tapping, you'll also find a short introduction video below to help you feel comfortable before the circle.
The circle is gently guided by Michal Goldenberg, a certified EFT practitioner and life coach, creating a safe, welcoming and supportive space for you to reconnect with yourself with compassion, patience, and kindness.
