About the event
Life can feel especially challenging at the end of the day, when stress, exhaustion, emotions, or loneliness suddenly turn into cravings.
This monthly tapping circle offers a gentle space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and explore the emotional side of food cravings with curiosity and compassion.
This Circle Topic is: Food Cravings & Emotional Eating
Many of us notice that cravings become stronger in the evening — especially those urges for chocolate, sweets, salty snacks, or comfort foods that seem to “call our name” around 9 or 10PM.
Often, these cravings are not only about hunger. They can be connected to stress, overwhelm, habit, comfort, boredom, emotional exhaustion, or the need to soothe ourselves at the end of a long day.
Through EFT Tapping, a simple yet powerful mind-body technique, we’ll gently explore the emotions, thoughts, and patterns connected to cravings while calming the nervous system and reducing emotional intensity around food.
This will be a practical, hands-on session, and participants are invited to bring one specific food they’d like to work on during the circle.
If possible, try not to eat that particular food for about 24 hours beforehand, so you can connect more clearly with the craving experience during the tapping process.
During the session, we’ll explore the sensory and emotional aspects of cravings — including taste, texture, smell, comfort, memories, and emotional associations connected to specific foods. Many participants are surprised by the insights and emotional shifts that can emerge through this process.
You don’t need any prior tapping experience — just come as you are and allow yourself to be gently guided. There’s no pressure to share during the session; you’re very welcome to simply tap along and have your own personal experience.
If you’re new to tapping, you’ll also find a short introduction video below to help you feel comfortable before the session.
The circle is gently guided by Michal Goldenberg, a certified EFT practitioner and life coach, creating a safe and supportive space for you to reconnect with yourself in a compassionate and judgment-free way.
