About the event

General Info

Life can feel overwhelming at times — work, family, responsibilities, and everything happening in the world around us.

This monthly tapping circle offers a calm space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

It takes place on the second Tuesday evening of each month.

Using EFT Tapping, a simple mind-body technique that helps calm the nervous system and release emotional stress, we tap together in a supportive group setting.

Each session explores a different theme related to stress, emotional balance, and everyday challenges. The specific topic for each circle will be shared in the monthly invitation email.

You don’t need any previous experience with tapping — just come as you are and follow along.

Sharing is always optional, and you’re welcome to simply tap along and have your own experience.

The circle is guided by Michal Goldenberg, certified EFT practitioner and life coach.

By the end of the session, many participants notice they feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded, and leave with a simple tool they can use whenever stress begins to build.

This Circle Topic: Finding Calm in a Chaotic World

Many of us feel the impact of constant news, uncertainty, and global events. Even when we try not to follow everything, it can still create a background level of stress in the nervous system.

New to EFT Tapping?

If you’re new to tapping, you’re welcome to watch this short introduction before the circle.

It will show you the tapping points and help you feel comfortable following along during the session.
